Cool New Twist on the Dell Inspiron Mini 9 and Mini 12 Laptops
Dell is kicking it up a notch on the style scale with the recent release of the Dell Inspiron Mini 9 laptop and the Dell Inspiron Mini 12 laptop, now available in Cherry Red, Pretty Pink and three images by urban artist and “designer toy” creator Tristan Eaton. Made for style-savvy laptoppers who won’t compromise on performance, the artistically inspired new Inspiron Mini laptops have it all. These compact, easy-to-carry “Internet companions,” as dubbed by Dell, are customizable, “ideal for teens, tweens, travelers and ‘Tweeters’ to surf the Web, chat with friends, blog, stream content, upload photos or enjoy online videos, music and games,” says Dell. The Inspiron Mini 9 laptop is an 8.9-incher with a 1.6GHz Intel Atom processor, an Intel Integrated Graphics Media Accelerator 950, up to 1GB RAM, and up to 16GB Solid State drive. The Inspiron Mini 12 laptop measures 12.1 inches and comes loaded with an Intel Atom Z520 or Z530 processor, Intel Integrated Graphics Media Accelerator 500, 1GB RAM, and up to 80GB 4200RPM HDD. Both laptops also offer an external speaker, a 1.3-megapixel webcam (optional on the Inspiron Mini 9 laptop), Bluetooth, and ports out the wazoo. These cool laptops also come with a cool price tag – the Inspiron mini 9 laptop starts at $349, and Inspiron Mini 12 laptop starts at $549. Dell.
