In addition to the recently released Pavilion dv3 laptop, HP has also released another mobile entertainment center in the new HP Pavilion dv2 laptop. The Pavilion dv2 laptop tips the scales at 3.8 pounds and measures less than 1 inch thick, and sports a compact keyboard that’s eight per cent smaller than the standard. A 12.1-inch display delivers crisp graphics and a resolution of 1,280 by 800 pixels. Toshiba is ending 2008 with a real bang, with its highly anticipated release of some new gaming gear set to hit store shelves starting on December 19. The computer giant will be rolling out a collection of 20 new Dynabook and Qosmio laptops, including something just for the gamers out there – the Toshiba Qosmio FX laptop, the Qosmio GX laptop and the Qosmio G50 laptop. The Qosmio FX laptop measures in at a comfortable 15.4 inches, while the 18.4-inch Qosmio GX laptop and the Qosmio G50 laptop really kick it up a notch with their huge displays. The GX and FX laptop models sport a 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo P8600 processor complemented by Nvidia GeForce 9600M GT graphics, 4GB RAM and a 320GB HDD.
