New Secure Laptop Means Business – Devon IT SafeBook LVO Laptop
Based on the Lenovo ThinkPad laptop, the new Devon IT SafeBook LVO laptop comes with a 2 GHz Intel Celeron 550 processor, a 2GB 2.5-inch SATA Flash drive, 1GB DDR2 RAM and runs Windows XP operating system. Because the SafeBook LVO laptop is built on the Lenovo ThinkPad design, it’s compatible with the ThinkPad docking station and accessories – the only difference between the two is that the SafeBook LVO doesn’t integrate a hard drive, but in its place uses a central server. The laptop’s 15.4-inch display delivers 1,280-by-800-pixel resolution, and comes outfitted with the ThinkLight keyboard, built-in UltraNav dual pointing system with TrackPoint, a customized touch pad and Ultrabay expansion support. As its name suggests, the Safebook LVO laptop is designed to remotely upgrade its virus protection.
