Sony Updates Popular Series with New Vaio FW, Z, SR and BZ Laptops
The popular Sony Vaio laptop line has just gotten an update with some new models to be released this summer. The Sony Vaio FW, Z, SR and BZ laptops are quite different in their applications, but are all taking the Montevina route. The Vaio FW laptop is a 16.4-inch multimedia laptop with up to 4GB RAM, up to 320GB of hard drive space, and Blu-Ray drives in select models. The VAIO Z laptop covers off the ultra-mobile laptop sector, boasting a 13.1-inch display with a resolution of 1,366 by 768 pixels, HDMI output, 2GB of system memory and up to 250GB of storage. The Vaio SR laptop (pictured) is a consumer laptop featuring a 13.3-inch LED backlit display with 1280-by-800-pixel resolution, ATI Mobility Radeon HD3470 graphics and 128 MB VRAM, up to 4GB RAM and up to 250GB HDD. The Vaio BZ laptop is a 15.4-inch business laptop with some still-secret specs, but tune in for the official announcement, more details and pricing. Sony
