Toshiba Portege R500-12Q and Portege R500-12P Laptops Get Memory Boost
A 64GB SSD is nice, but a 128GB SSD is nicer. Toshiba’s Portege R500 line of laptops may not be new, but it is improved with the addition of the Toshiba Portege R500-12Q laptop and the Toshiba Portege R500-12P laptop to its troupe. Now each equipped with a 128GB SSD, and stacked with the standard specs like Intel’s Core 2 Duo U7700 ULV processor, Intel GMA 950 integrated graphics, 2GB DDR2, an optical drive, and a 12.1-inch LED-backlit LCD display with 1,280-by-800-pixel resolution, the Portege R500-12Q and Protege R500-12P laptops pack a punch in spite of their tiny 2.1-pound package.
