Ultra-Mobile Laptop Coming To Australia – Emtec gdium EM-PC Mini-Laptop
The dudes down under have got a new mini laptop that’s coming out on top – the new Emtec gdium EM-PC Mini-Laptop. Specially designed for students aged 10 and up, the gdium EM-PC Mini-Laptop will reportedly be more durable than other typically delicate laptops on the market, and will feature an 8.9-inch display with a resolution of 1,024 by 600 pixels, a flash memory-based removable storage device as its hard drive, a Linux operating system, a webcam and a removable “GKey” which takes care of the laptop’s security/authentication. The gdium EM-PC Mini-Laptop is scheduled to hit Australian store shelves in July at a price of approximately $420. Emtec.
