One-Terabyte Laptop - Asus M50 Laptop & Asus M70 Laptop
Hitachi and Asus have teamed up to bring more storage capacity to some new multi-media Asus laptops. Featuring Hitachi’s Travelstar 5K500 (500 GB 2.5-inch) hard drive, the Asus M50 laptop and the Asus M70 laptop boast one terabyte of storage capacity via a two-drive configuration, allowing for unmatched storage capacity for high-definition media and other data. The M70 laptop offers optional digital/analog TV tuner and video recording capability, to make the most of the new super capacity. Take it all in via the 17-inch display at WXGA+ (1,440 by 900 pixels) or WUXGA (1,920 by 1,200 pixels) resolution, depending on the model you choose. You also get ATI 3650 graphics card, a web cam, fingerprint technology and 1GB memory. The M70 laptop is powered by the Intel Core 2 Duo processor available in T7700, 7500, 7300, or 7100 versions. The M50 laptop satisfies those same multi-media needs, but with a 15.4-inch display at WXGA (1,366 by 768 pixels), WXGA+ or WSXGA+ (1,680 by 1,050 pixels) resolution. Asus.
